Our Privacy Policy, Terms, and EULA have been updated. These updates strengthen privacy protections and ensure GDPR compliance across all countries where SoundBase is available. Existing account holders will be prompted to review and accept the updated documentation before continuing to use SoundBase.

🚀 New Features:

SoundSync:
Added an opt-in recording preference. Short timeline views now automatically overwrite to significantly reduce per-project storage usage.
Coordination List:
Added short and long frequency names. Short names are optimized for character-limited systems, while long names provide clearer, more descriptive labeling.
Calculation:
Added the RF Venue RF PA Extension Kit to the default equipment profile list.
Scan Data:
When uploading multiple scan files, users can now choose to merge them into a single dataset or upload each file individually.
Health Check:
After a failed recalculation—when coordination is unable to find new frequencies for all channels—a prompt will now appear asking the user how they’d like to proceed. This improvement prevents previously incompatible frequencies from being compared against newly compatible ones, which had caused additional frequencies to be incorrectly flagged during Health Check analysis.
Global:
Editors can now invite and manage additional collaborators on any sites they have editor access to within a project.

SE accounts can now export and import SoundBase projects.

🔧 Fixes and Improvements:

Fixed an issue where custom profile start frequencies could incorrectly display as “0” in the band selector preview.
Calculation:
Fixed an issue where changing a band plan after coordinating a frequency could cause that frequency’s details to display incorrect band plan values.
Assistant:
“Organize my frequencies” now correctly handles frequency-hopping systems and Sennheiser Spectera group types, with significant performance improvements across the board.

“Organize my frequencies” now skips groups with time-of-use or multi time-of-use enabled, preventing errors during Health Check analysis.
SoundSync:
Fixed an issue where the channel selector drawer in the monitoring window could fail to display all added devices.

Improved audio meter color contrast for Sennheiser EM6000 and EW-DX devices, making it easier to distinguish audio levels from RSSI meters.
