2.0.19
Important:
- Coordination List: Moving groups between zones has been temporarily disabled due to recently discovered bugs. We expect to fix and restore this functionality in the next release (2.0.21)
New Features:
- Stats: Added device inventory feature to display hardware device quantities by site or across all sites, plus improved read access to site notes
- Plot: The zone view now includes a “Selected Group” option that shows only the frequencies of the active group in the coordination list, updating the plot in real time as selections change
- Equipment Profiles: Users can mark custom equipment profiles as WMAS devices, preventing candidate frequency bandwidth from spanning across adjacent TV channels
Fixes and Improvements:
- Scan Data: tinySA equipment device options for scan data upload have been consolidated to two options: tinySA and tinySA Ultra. This should help prevent confusion, as SoundBase will automatically detect the correct conversion required to import and format the file correctly
- Devices: Enhanced connection stability between SoundBase Pro and Shure ULXD devices
- Plot: IMD bucket sizes have been reduced to 225 kHz (previously 500 kHz)
- Plot: Candidate IMD now only shows as candidates are selected in the candidates list
- Plot: Selecting frequencies from the coordination list only display the IMD they generate with each other
- Equipment Profiles: Fixed an issue where AD PSMs incorrectly calculated candidates across adjacent TV channels, and corrected transmit band options in the ADTD profile
- Groups: Time-of-use now allows users to manually enter start and stop times with minute-level precision. The time interval options also have been reduced from 30 minutes to 15 minutes
- Calculation: Added a manually “Accept All" button to the single frequency test window, allowing users to approve multiple tested frequencies with one click
- Calculation: Fixed an issue where band plans would reset after each calculation test within the manual frequency test window
- Calculation: Frequencies can now be analyzed while in a locked state
- Licensed Spectrum: CSV lists can now be uploaded to add frequencies, along with various UI and performance improvements
- Scan Data: Fixed an issue where Windows devices encountered errors when uploading scan files in Pro
- Real-time Reports: All zones and groups start collapsed by default. When users expand a zone or group, their selection is saved to their browser's local storage, eliminating the need to re-expand sections each time they visit the report link
- Calculation: Restored the plus and minus buttons to the exclusion threshold input field
- Calculation: Users now have the option to clear the candidates list after performing individual frequency recalculations
- Exportable Reports: User preferences now save to your browser's local storage, speeding up the export process
- Stats: User preferences for "All Sites" and "Interactive Sites" checkboxes are now saved to local storage
- Groups: Fixed an issue where the transparency slider in the color picker wasn't working properly in some browsers for custom group colors
- Devices: Fixed an issue where some users experienced problems capturing scans from a Sennheiser EM6000 receiver
- Devices: Switching windows no longer automatically expands the device lists
- Global: Zone menus no longer show behind candidates window header
- Global (Pro): The "Are you still here?" alert popup has been removed and now only applies to Cloud users. Cloud users can opt out of this feature by navigating to My Settings > Security > Project Timeout
- Global: Various UI and performance improvements
